Contemporary Camp 2009 Our first year of Contemporary Camp was a HUGE success!  Dancers explored dance as more than steps, but as an art form and means of artistic expression.  They leaned that dance is not only emotional, but mental, emotional and spiritual as well.  The camp focused on natural, organic movements that were inspired by real life.  Site work was explored as was the impact of musical dynamics on choreography and movement, the use of props and the the changes movement goes through when applied in water.  It was a fun and inspirational experience for all of the dancers that participated.
